For a few years now, it has become a tradition.
Students from one class – 2M students for Lapie – of each of the three Courbevoie high schools vote to award the city’s Graphic Novel Prize of the year.
The final tally consecrated Les Oubliés by Alexandra Davis.
It all started when Arthur Haywood came to visit Lapie in September 2020.
Arthur, a Philadelphia-based mural artist, is spending a year in Paris on a grant.
His project was to paint three murals about how the books we read can inspire us.

On Tuesday 12 March, the 2Medialangues class saw a rehearsal of a play The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck adapted and directed by Xavier Simonin at Espace Carpeaux, Courbevoie. It was a singular privilege in these lockdown days.
